Each design is a study in detail, privacy, and sustainable intelligence: smart homes, solar resilience, and finishes that age like a fine legacy.The Junior Realty Executive will support the sales and client engagement functions of the company, acting as a first point of contact for prospective clients and assisting the sales team in property showings, client communication, and administrative coordination. This is a training role designed to build the intern's foundation in real estate sales, client relations, and property advisory services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and professionally attend to walk-in and phone/email inquiries from prospective clients
Assist senior sales advisors during property tours and client meetings
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property inquiries
Support the preparation of proposals, brochures, and client correspondence
Represent the company professionally at property showings and client-facing events
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales/HR team

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Excellent command of the English language, with clear and confident diction
Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Ability to work well under supervision and take initiative
Prior customer service or front-desk experience is an advantage
