We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet & Monitoring Officer to oversee our vehicle tracking operations and ensure optimal fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor all company vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems
Track trip compliance, route adherence, and driver behavior
Generate daily reports on vehicle location, fuel usage, and idle time
Investigate and report tracking device tampering or downtime
Coordinate with drivers and operations team to resolve route deviations
Maintain accurate records of fleet movement and incidents
Support enforcement of company fleet policies and safety standards

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant qualification and experience.
