Our client, a reputable legal practitioner based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and coordinate multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Principal/Managing Lawyer.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prepare, proofread, and manage legal and business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Screen phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative activities.
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials when required.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) from a recognized institution.
2 – 4 years' proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Officer supporting senior executives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
