FMR Agency is recruiting a high-performing Head of Sales to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion for a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue performance across multiple sales segments. This role requires a results-driven sales leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Ultimately, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable sales organization capable of supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans.
Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution.
Implement sales systems and processes that support scalable growth
Drive expansion into new territories and retail channel
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
MBA or advanced business qualification is an added advantage
5+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles
Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets
Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
