Job Responsibilities
As a Glazier with ALPRO ALUMINUM PRODUCTS LTD, you will be responsible for various aspects of glass and aluminum installation work. Your primary duties will include determining the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each project. You will read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand work requirements and translate them into precise installations.
Daily Tasks
Your daily tasks will involve measuring, marking, and cutting glass to precise specifications. You will position and secure glass panes in frames, ensuring proper alignment and structural integrity. Maintenance and Repair
Beyond new installations, you will perform repair work on existing glass doors and other glass structures. This may include replacing broken glass, repairing frames, and addressing weatherization issues. Required Experience
Candidates for this position must have experience working with mirrors, curtain walls made from prefabricated materials, and aluminum framing members.
