The Head of Mechanic will oversee all mechanical maintenance and engineering activities related to production equipment and profile quality operations within the factory.
The role is responsible for ensuring machinery efficiency, minimizing downtime, maintaining quality standards, supervising mechanical teams, and driving preventive maintenance initiatives to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Operations & Maintenance
Lead and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities within the production facility.
Ensure optimal performance of profile production machinery and related mechanical systems.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot mechanical faults and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Monitor machine efficiency and recommend improvements for productivity enhancement.

Quality & Production Support:

Ensure mechanical systems support the production of high-quality profiles in line with company standards.
Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to resolve process and equipment-related quality issues.
Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance compliance.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
3–5years’ experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
Experience in profile extrusion, manufacturing, or industrial production environments is an advantage.
