The CCO will provide strategic leadership across commercial functions including marketing, sales, business development, and brand management. This role is critical to scaling our impact and profitability in a competitive healthcare landscape.
Job Requirement:
A good first degree
A relevant postgraduate degree (MBA or similar) with specialization in Marketing is strongly preferred. 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at executive or senior management level.
Proven track record in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
Experience in the fertility industry will be an added advantage
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and negotiation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
