Haul247, an end-to-end logistics tech API platform that connects businesses to haulage and warehousing assets all in one ecosystem, was created to simplify logistics process by ensuring efficient asset utilization, transparency and safety in the movement and storage of goods.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great client experience goes beyond responding to enquiries. It’s about building strong relationships, solving problems, communicating effectively, and ensuring clients have a smooth experience throughout their logistics journey.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in Customer Service, Client Experience, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
Experience in the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or technology industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage client complaints and escalations professionally.
Strong ability to work with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Fluency in Hausa is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
