We are particularly keen to mentor new or returning GPs to the profession.
Team Structure and Support
Our current team consists of one Senior Partner, two Salaried GPs, two Practice Nurses (P/Ns), and a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), supported by excellent administrative staff. This well-established team structure provides a supportive environment where collaboration and mutual support are valued.

The role requires adherence to GMC standards for good clinical practice, with a focus on contributing to the effective management of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead by example and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with our multidisciplinary team. You will be expected to participate in the overall management of the practice, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and ensure high standards of patient care are maintained at all times.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold Full GMC Registration on the National GP Register. This is a mandatory requirement for all candidates. Additionally, experience working in a primary care setting is essential to ensure you can adapt to our practice environment and patient population needs.
Desirable Qualifications
While not essential, possession of the MRCGP Vocational Training Certificate would be advantageous. Experience working with the EMIS clinical system is also desirable, as this is the system we use for patient records and practice management.
Support for International Candidates
We welcome applications from international medical professionals and have experience supporting overseas GPs through the registration and relocation process. Our practice holds a Certificate of Sponsorship, which enables us to support eligible candidates with their visa applications to work in the UK.

Additionally, we provide ongoing professional development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and the chance to work in a beautiful coastal location with excellent quality of life.
Work Environment
Our practice uses AskmyGP, a patient triage system where clinicians contact patients directly and signpost them to the appropriate services. This innovative approach helps manage patient flow efficiently and reduces administrative burden, allowing more time for direct patient care.
