We are now investing in our Estates team in both strategic project management and in the day to day management of our maintenance and buildings. Person Specification
Essential Qualifications
Recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering or other recognised mechanical training
City & Guilds Parts 1,2 & 3 or equivalent NVQ
Desirable Qualifications
ONC or equivalent in relevant subject
Essential Experience
All round knowledge and experience of mechanical maintenance and fault finding in building services, plant and equipment
Desirable Experience
Basic Electrical skills
Basic Plumbing skills
Basic Carpentry skills
