Job Summary The Program Manager, Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs leads the development and execution of regulatory survey readiness strategies across hospital and ambulatory settings, ensuring sustained compliance with accreditation and certification standards. This role oversees all aspects of survey coordination, from preparation through post-survey follow-up, while driving continuous improvement through program evaluation and targeted education initiatives. The position partners with clinical, operational, and technical leaders to integrate regulatory requirements into system processes and serves as a key change agent to promote alignment with federal, state, and accrediting body standards. Minimum Qualifications Licenses & Certifications: Certified Quality Auditor (Or) Cert Prof in Hlth Care Quality (Or) Equivalent; Hospital Accreditation, Quality or Risk Management Degrees: Bachelor’s Degree Nursing, Allied Health or Business Preferred Master’s Degree Nursing or Allied Health Preferred Work Experience: Five (5) Years Work ExperienceHealthcare related fields. With Project management experience.
