This range takes intoaccount the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensationdecisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications andexperience. The target salary range for this position is $275,000-$430,000annual base salary. Productivity models, Quality Incentives, and additionalincome channels will be determined per the direction of the Medical Director. Anticipatedtotal annual compensation, inclusive of these additional earnings, isapproximately $305,000-$700,000.
