Specifics of The Role Full time outpatient position 36 patient contact hours per week Office is located at 10 John Kissinger., Wabash, IN 46992 -Friday from 8am – 5pm Call schedule is 1:6 weeks with minimal call for only existing patients and consults The Team Family oriented group with strong ties to the community they serve.
