Ravenna, Ohio, Part-time, 16 Hours/week Thursday and Friday, Between hours of 7AM and 6PM Onsite Ravenna, OH Summary: The Occupational Therapist utilizes professional knowledge and behaviors to evaluate/assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities Responsibilities: 1. Utilizes professional knowledge and behaviors to evaluate, assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, educational, or psychosocial disabilities. 2. Communicates effectively with patient, family members, and team members as needed. 3. Performs appropriate and necessary documentation and patient/family education. 4. Supervises COTA/L, volunteer, or student per OT regulations. 5. Other duties as required. Other information: Technical Expertise 1.Experience in occupational therapy is required. 2. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required. 3. Experience in healthcare is preferred. 4. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Education and Experience 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required; Master’s degree is preferred. 2. Certification: Certification by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and current Ohio state licensure is required. 3. Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred. 4.
