Included Health is looking for a Manager, Talent Operations to lead and scale the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our Talent Acquisition function. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and people operations.
You’ll own our ATS strategy, recruiting systems stack, vendor relationships, and compliance operations — while building a team and partnering closely with recruiters, HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to drive operational excellence across the full recruiting lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve Included Health’s ATS strategy and recruiting technology ecosystem, including system configuration, integrations, and roadmap planning.
- Lead vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and ongoing management of recruiting tools and platforms.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting workflows, automation, and process documentation to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Build and manage a small team of Talent Operations specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Partner with Data/Analytics to build and maintain recruiting dashboards, metrics frameworks, and reporting infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO/OFCCP requirements, and data privacy regulations across all recruiting operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners (HR, Legal, Finance, IT) on talent systems and operations matters.
- Drive adoption of tools and processes through training, enablement materials, and change management efforts.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions to reduce manual work and improve recruiter and candidate experience.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience owning or heavily influencing ATS strategy, recruiting systems, vendor evaluation, and process automation.
- Deep expertise with at least one enterprise ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS) and experience managing integrations with HRIS and other HR tech tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building recruiting metrics frameworks and dashboards.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfort presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
- Familiarity with employment law, EEO/OFCCP compliance, and data privacy requirements as they relate to recruiting.

- Experience at a high-growth technology or healthcare company.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to recruiting workflows.
- Experience with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
