You will be part of a highly collaborative cardiovascular team dedicated to advancing clinical excellence, research, innovation, and medical education while providing exceptional care to patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders. Every day you will provide comprehensive electrophysiology services, perform advanced device procedures and complex electrophysiology cases, collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiovascular specialists, and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our Heart and Vascular Institute. To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Electrophysiology Cardiologist with strong clinical expertise, a commitment to academic medicine, and a passion for advancing cardiovascular care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and a dedication to teaching, research, and patient-centered care. Perform high-quality electrophysiology procedures and complex electrophysiology lab cases with a focus on exceptional patient outcomes Diagnose and manage patients with a broad range of cardiac rhythm disorders Utilize cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative treatment approaches within electrophysiology Collaborate with CommonSpirit Health service line partners on clinical trials, research initiatives, and best practice sharing Participate in a high-quality, award-winning device clinic Work closely with three dedicated Advanced Practice Providers supporting the electrophysiology service Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, general cardiologists, and cardiovascular care teams to provide comprehensive patient care Participate in resident, fellow, and medical student education through Creighton University School of Medicine Conduct clinical research and scholarly activities in collaboration with CommonSpirit Health and Creighton University faculty Contribute to ongoing national and international cardiovascular device trials and research initiatives Our program is designated as a TAVR, TEER, AFIB, Watchman, and LAAO Center of Excellence with high prodedural volumes and outstanding outcomes.
