Key Responsibilities
As our Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources operations. Your primary responsibilities will include administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms.
Recruitment and Selection
You will be responsible for reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, and recruiting graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Employee Relations

Training and Development

This includes identifying training needs, developing training materials, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will also supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
HR Compliance and Administration
You will ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations, maintain accurate personnel records, and prepare HR-related reports and documentation. You will stay current with changes in employment law and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills

Experience Requirements

Education Requirements
