Position Details

As a Hotel Housekeeper at Fernie Fox Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our property. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with a starting rate of $24.00 per hour. The position is located at our facility at 2021 Hwy 3 in Fernie, BC, and requires on-site work. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Hotel Housekeeper will include maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests. You will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing all types of flooring throughout the property. Additionally, you will dust all furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a pristine environment.

Duties Include

One of your primary responsibilities will be making beds and changing sheets in guest rooms to ensure fresh, comfortable accommodations for our guests. You will also distribute clean towels and toiletries to each room, ensuring guests have everything they need during their stay. The linen closet must be properly stocked at all times, requiring you to monitor inventory and restock as necessary.

Cleaning Tasks

You will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards.
