Salary Details

Job Responsibilities
As a Concrete Finisher with Strada Construction Group Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of concrete structures. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, placing concrete, and applying various finishing techniques to achieve the desired results.
Concrete Preparation and Placement
You will be responsible for checking formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet specifications. You’ll direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade requirements, fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, and operate power vibrators to properly compact the concrete for maximum strength and durability.
Surface Finishing Techniques
Your expertise will be utilized in leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications. You’ll impart desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools, creating textures and appearances that meet client requirements. You’ll also install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as specified in project plans.
Quality Control and Repair
Maintaining high quality standards is essential in concrete finishing. You’ll apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces properly, ensuring longevity and resistance to environmental factors. Additionally, you’ll repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, extending the lifespan of existing infrastructure.
Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements
Previous experience with colours and sealers, as well as poured concrete work, is required for this position.
