Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $55.00 CAD for 35 hours per week. The position is based at our clinic located at 8067 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6P 4Z5, and is available to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
As Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of health care services within our department. This includes directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily performance, and planning and organizing all operational activities. You will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services.
Budget Management
You will be responsible for planning and controlling budget expenditures, reviewing budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits. Financial oversight and strategic planning will be key components of your role.
Staff Management
You will hire, train, direct and motivate staff members, creating a positive work environment that promotes excellence in patient care. This includes developing evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and coordinating the work of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Operational Excellence
Developing evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services quality and implementing continuous improvement initiatives will be essential. You will ensure that all operations comply with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Stakeholder Relations
Consulting with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials will be part of your responsibilities. You will represent the clinic in various forums and ensure effective communication between different stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Successful candidates will have relevant experience in healthcare management or a related field.
