This includes tender processes, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Regulatory Compliance
Working within the framework of town planning laws, environmental impact assessments, and building codes is essential. You’ll ensure that all designs conform to regulatory requirements while maintaining creative freedom and innovation. This includes staying current with changes in legislation and adapting designs accordingly to meet all legal and safety standards.
Technical Coordination
You’ll manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture and engineering projects. This involves collaborating with engineers, consultants, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the design are technically sound and feasible. Your ability to communicate effectively across disciplines will be crucial for project success.
