This is a full-time hybrid role for a Treasury Sales Specialist-Team Lead in Asset Management, based in Lagos, with an allowance for some work-from-home arrangements. The responsibilities include developing and implementing treasury sales strategies, managing cash and treasury services for clients, and supporting asset management initiatives. The role also involves analyzing financial data, identifying growth opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Expertise in Treasury Management, Treasury Services, and Cash Management
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
Foundational knowledge and experience in Finance
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and using relevant software tools
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or equivalent are an added advantage
