We are seeking dedicated and passionate NCE, B.Ed and Trained Teachers to join our esteemed educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian educational curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
Incorporate innovative teaching techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience
Uphold the school's values and contribute to a culture of excellence in education.
Qualifications
NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) qualification required
Valid teaching licence or certification
Proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting (Secondary and Montessori schools)
In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum and standards
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational trends
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
