Our client is a food solution manufacturer company they produce localized Additives/ enzymes for flour production in the Milling and Pasta Factories.
We seek a Territory Development executive that will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and profitability within the assigned territory.
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective distribution through dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify new business opportunities, projects, and market trends to increase sales volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
Manage and support dealer/distributor networks for effective product penetration
Conduct regular market visits to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategy
Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve high performance
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and SOPs
Prepare weekly/monthly sales, collection, and performance reports
Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in a related field
2–3 years proven experience in B2B sales/marketing
Experience managing a team (4–5 people)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Role is transferable across Nigeria based on business needs
