Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Promote company services to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities to maximize conversions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Create engaging content, including graphics and marketing copy.
Generate leads through social media marketing and online advertising.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Monitor and respond to online enquiries and messages promptly.
Track and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing analytics tools.
Identify new opportunities for online customer acquisition and engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications
HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Skills & Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Previous experience in telesales, sales, digital marketing, or a related role.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation/editing tool.
Ability to generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
