Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and lead lists.
Introduce and promote the company's products, services, and offers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments and site inspections for prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
Update customer information in the company's CRM or database.
Prepare periodic reports on call activities and lead conversions.
