Lucky Fibres Limited (Lush Hair Nigeria), a Tolaram Group Company, is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Supply Chain Performance Analyst to support the Supply Chain Head in driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will own supply chain performance reporting, dashboards, business analytics, and cross-functional coordination across warehousing, inventory, procurement, logistics, transport, and exports.
Key Responsibilities
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly Supply Chain dashboards covering Warehousing, Inventory, PPIC, Procurement, Logistics, Transport, and Exports.
Track demand versus supply gaps and forecast accuracy.
Monitor inventory health, stock ageing, stock coverage, liquidation, and working capital.
Analyse production planning and procurement performance against approved plans.
Monitor material availability in collaboration with PPIC.
Analyse freight, procurement, inventory carrying costs, and operational variances.
Monitor fleet utilisation, dispatch efficiency, logistics performance, and customer service levels.
Maintain shipment visibility and manage operational exceptions.
Ensure SAP/EWM data accuracy and stock reconciliation.
Prepare Monthly Functional Review presentations.
Track management action items to completion.
Develop analytical dashboards and reporting tools that support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
ICAN (Professional Level or Qualified) is highly preferred.
Experience:
2–4 years' experience in:
Supply Chain Finance
Manufacturing Finance
Cost Accounting
Business Analytics
Manufacturing or FMCG experience is an advantage.
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel
ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Power BI is an added advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
