Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and manage content across various platforms.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Track performance metrics and analyze results.
Run and monitor paid ads (Facebook, Google) when required.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
Ability to work virtually, with availability for one on-site workday weekly in Lekki, Lagos.
