We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Account Manager to manage client relationships, social media strategy, content coordination, campaigns, reporting, and account growth.

Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
Coordinate content creation and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
Manage and monitor social media campaigns, including Meta advertising where required.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Track projects, deadlines, and client deliverables.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and client retention.
Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and project updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in account management, social media, digital marketing, or agency/client services.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Strong client-facing and written communication skills.
Knowledge of social media strategy and Meta Business Suite.
Basic Canva and campaign reporting skills.
Strong writing/copywriting skills.
CRM, Google Analytics, SEO, or sales funnel knowledge is an advantage.
