A reputable law firm based in Ikoyi is seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join its team immediately.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex legal matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice across corporate, commercial, and litigation matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
Represent clients in court and liaise with regulatory authorities where necessary
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services
Supervise and mentor junior associates

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years post-call experience
Strong background in corporate and commercial law (litigation experience is an added advantage)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate immediately.
