We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to assist our sales team in driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless customer service operations.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track order fulfillment
Maintain updated customer records and sales databases
Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and presentations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Monitor stock levels and communicate availability to customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or FMCG environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Experience with ERP or sales management systems is an added advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
