IKNORBERT COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED was established as a company in 2012 after a critical research and observation of the need for a wider deep distribution channel for communication products within the African continent. Hence the establishment with the aim of sales and distribution of information communication technology and allied products within the Africa continent. At IKNORBERT, our products, people and business model are of standard and second to none within the industry. We major in the sales and distribution of ITEL brand of mobile phones and accessories.We are a leading telecommunications distribution company specializing in Mobile Phones, Accessories, Electronics, Electricals, and solar products, with a vast market presence in Nigeria and several West African Countries. Our vision is to continue expanding our reach, and we are looking for highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven individuals to join our team.
Currently, we have an urgent need for the following position:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product knowledge: Must have a conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances – Electronics, Mobile Phones and SOLAR PRODUCTS)
Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of IBADAN Branches
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Regularly reach out to potential customers
REQUIREMENTS
HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE in relevant and related field.
Minimum 4 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/Warehouse experience.
Experience with mobile phones, accessories, Solar and electronics technology.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Products knowledge.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Good organizational and time management skills.
