Overview
SANY Nigeria is experiencing rapid market expansion and is seeking high-caliber, strategically minded Sales Managers to join our elite commercial division. We have open mandates for specialized driving forces across our Heavy-Duty Trucks, Electric/Fuel Automotive, and Certified Pre-Owned/Used Machinery lines.
In this high-impact commercial role, you will lead localized market penetration, cultivate corporate relationships with Tier-1 logistics, mining, construction, and sustainable infrastructure clients, and deliver tailored fleet solutions. These positions requires aggressive, performance-driven closers who understand asset lifecycle costs, fleet trade-in cycles, and the fast-evolving dynamics of the Nigerian industrial market.
Key Responsibilities by Specialization
Manage our premium pre-owned asset portfolio (including excavators, cranes, and concrete machinery). Conduct commercial evaluations of trade-in units, determine residual values, and build a robust network of secondary machinery buyers.
Core Responsibilities (All Roles)
Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with major construction firms, mining concessions, haulage companies, and government contractors.
Formulate competitive commercial proposals, financing structures, and bulk fleet trade-in strategies tailored to the economic realities of local operators.
Monitor competitor activity, shifting import regulations, and market pricing trends to position SANY as the premier choice for fleet optimization.
Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience within the heavy machinery, industrial automotive, or commercial fleet sectors in Nigeria. A proven track record in your chosen track (Trucks, EV/Fuel fleets, or Pre-owned machinery) is highly advantageous.
An active portfolio of corporate buyers and decision-makers within the Nigerian construction, mining, haulage, or energy sectors.
Exceptional negotiation, executive presentation, and contract structuring abilities, paired with an entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset.
