Our primary role is to assist you in identifying your Human Resource needs, developing sustainable action plans, and facilitating changes that align with your organisational objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate market.
Promote and market the company’s properties to prospective buyers and investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Conduct property inspections and presentations for clients.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or real estate sales is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and social media marketing is an advantage.
Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.
Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ajah or its environs.
