Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
Present and promote products and services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
Must reside within Yaba and its environs or be able to commute conveniently.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, business development, customer support or related roles.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
