Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, driving client success and revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking
Deliver consultative sales by understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored technology solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals, product demos, and solution architecture
Maintain high client satisfaction to ensure long-term relationships and recurring business
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
Stay updated on ICT trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
2-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development Executive
Proven success in selling IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or security solutions
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value for clients
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid knowledge of lead generation, deal negotiation, and CRM tools
Work Requirements
Must be comfortable working in an on-site setting
Must be located within a commutable distance to Gwarinpa, Abuja, Nigeria
Must be able to start immediately
