Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with Sunsteel’s goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, and government agencies.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Provide market intelligence and supervise local sales teams.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
5–7 years’ experience in business development or sales within construction, steel, or building materials.
Strong regional networks and proven sales success.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
