Responsible for monitoring daily backend operations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting on meat consumption (beef, chicken, turkey) and overall quality/hygiene standards within the Diegos department.
Responsibilities
Track and record daily consumption of beef, chicken, and turkey.
Monitor backend kitchen/store operations for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and submit daily reports on stock usage and consumption trends.
Inspect food preparation, storage, and handling for quality and hygiene compliance.
Flag discrepancies, wastage, or irregularities in consumption patterns.
Maintain accurate digital records using company-issued laptop.
Liaise with kitchen/store staff to verify consumption data.
Support management with data for decision-making and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
Education:
OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience
2–4 years experience in quality control, inventory/consumption tracking, or related role within the hospitality/food industry.
Skills:
Strong reporting and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency with laptop/computer (Excel or reporting tools).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Analytical skills for tracking consumption trends.
Good communication skills.
Time management (daily reporting deadlines).
Other Requirements:
Must submit daily consumption reports without fail (report is the watchword).
Comfortable using a laptop for daily documentation and reporting.
Integrity and accuracy in reporting backend operations.
Willingness to work closely with kitchen/backend teams.
