The Network Expansion Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the company's physical expansion projects including new branches, showrooms, warehouses, workshops and offices.
The role oversees site identification, feasibility studies, construction, fit-out, contractor management, budget control, statutory approvals and project handover.
Key Roles / Responsibilities
Develop expansion strategy.
Identify and evaluate new sites.
Conduct technical due diligence.
Lead construction, renovation and fit-out projects.
Manage consultants and contractors.
Prepare budgets and timelines.
Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
Review drawings and BOQs.
Monitor quality, cost and schedule.
Deliver projects ready for operations.
Lead and mentor the team.
Report progress to management.
