We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive delivery excellence across our multi-site operations.
We need someone who can own projects from scoping to completion, build the systems that keep our teams accountable, and enforce the standards that our blue-chip clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous projects across departments — from scoping to completion
Build and manage project trackers (Excel, MS Project, or similar) with full visibility on milestones, blockers, and risks
Drive accountability across cross-functional and site teams without requiring escalation or hand-holding
Proactively identify and resolve blockers before they become problems
Develop standardised project management frameworks and templates for consistent delivery.
Operations & Standards:
Oversee daily operational workflows across project sites, ensuring processes are efficient, documented, and consistently followed
Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal tools, and quality assurance checkpoints
Enforce compliance with SOPs and quality standards during site visits and inspections
Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring deliverables and SLAs are met
Monitor operational KPIs and produce dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Tools, Data & Systems:
Build and maintain project and operational systems using Excel, MS Project, Canva, and equivalent platforms
Produce polished visual materials (decks, trackers, dashboards) that communicate clearly to senior stakeholders and clients
Analyse data to surface insights, identify inefficiencies, and support evidence-based decisions
Rapidly learn and adopt new tools and platforms as business needs evolve
What You Bring
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
4–7 years' experience in project management, operations, or a related delivery role (facilities management, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools); proficiency in Canva for stakeholder-ready visuals
Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce SOPs and quality standards, ideally in a multi-site or field operations environment
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable driving accountability across teams without direct authority
High attention to detail and a bias for follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
PMP certification is an advantage but not required — we care more about demonstrated delivery discipline.
