We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Production Engineer to oversee production activities, welding operations, and manufacturing processes while ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with established procedures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in production planning, shop floor management, process improvement, and continuous operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage production activities and monitor execution in line with production plans
Oversee welding and manufacturing operations across fabrication processes
Prepare and maintain daily production reports in line with MIS and ISO procedures
Coordinate shop floor activities, manpower allocation, and workflow execution
Monitor machine performance and optimize cycle times to improve productivity
Analyze root causes of rejection and rework and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with ISO/IMS procedures, documentation, and audit requirements
Maintain production discipline, housekeeping, and operational standards
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets

Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
COREN registration is an added advantage

Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in production engineering
Experience in fabrication of structures within: Oil & Gas, Transmission Towers, Telecom Towers, Solar Structures.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of fabrication processes and welding techniques
Experience operating CNC punching, plasma cutting, hydraulic press, drilling, and fabrication equipment
Ability to interpret fabrication and structural drawings
Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and ISO documentation
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of 5S methodology and general safety practices.
