Manage project procurement, sourcing, expediting, logistics coordination, commercial documentation, and contract administration activities.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
Professional procurement certification shall be an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement and contract experience
8–12 years of industrial project procurement experience shall be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Project Procurement Plan
Prepare RFQs and coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations
Support supplier prequalification, selection, negotiation, and contract award
Prepare purchase orders, service orders, and contracts
Coordinate procurement of process equipment, packaging machines, utility equipment, electrical systems, instrumentation, construction materials, and project consumables
Monitor procurement budgets and commitments
Track vendor engineering, manufacturing, inspection, FAT, shipment, and delivery schedules
Expedite critical and long-lead equipment
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and project teams
Monitor supplier and contractor contractual obligations
Manage variations, claims, amendments, and commercial correspondence
Maintain procurement trackers, contract registers, and supplier performance records
Support final account settlement and contract close-out
