The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality pastry production, manage staff, maintain inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily pastry production and operations.
Supervise, train, and support pastry team members.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ingredient procurement.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Manage production schedules and minimize waste.
Support sales growth through product innovation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant culinary qualification.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of pastry production and food safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous pastry, bakery, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
