We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Officer to manage and coordinate the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process and track customer orders accurately
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams
Monitor inventory and order status updates
Resolve delivery and order-related issues promptly
Maintain accurate order documentation and reporting
Ensure timely fulfilment and dispatch of orders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
1–2 years experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of inventory and order management processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
