The Night Duty Manager oversees hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring excellent guest service, staff supervision, safety, security, and the smooth running of all hotel activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise hotel operations during the night shift.
Ensure high standards of guest service and resolve guest complaints.
Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and the night audit.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property.
Handle emergencies and operational issues as the manager on duty.
Prepare the nightly handover and incident reports.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Previous experience in hotel operations or front office supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
