Strategic Brand Positioning & Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to premium retail clients (B2C) and corporate/real estate developers (B2B) to increase foot traffic, showroom visits, and factory project pipelines.
Digital Marketing & Content Architecture: Oversee the brand’s digital ecosystem (website, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters). Direct the creation of visually stunning catalogs, product videos, and lifestyle imagery highlighting our factory’s manufacturing craftsmanship and precision.
Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Support: Design targeted lead generation funnels to feed the sales team with high-intent corporate inquiries, interior designer partnerships, architectural collaborations, and retail walk-ins.
Market Intelligence & Product Strategy: Conduct regular market research within the Lagos and regional Nigerian space to monitor competitor pricing, furniture trends, product demands, and raw material positioning, translating findings into actionable initiatives.
Showroom & Event Activation Management: Coordinate visual merchandising standards across retail locations and lead the execution of corporate events, open houses, furniture exhibitions, and strategic partnerships within the interior design community.
Budget Management & Performance Analytics: Establish, track, and report on key metrics (such as Customer Acquisition Cost, Return on Ad Spend, and Lead-to-Conversion rates), optimizing the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NIMN, CIM) are an added advantage.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years spent in a managerial capacity. Experience within premium furniture manufacturing, high-end interior design, luxury retail, or real estate development is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager) along with familiarity with CRM and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Competencies: Exceptional written communication skills for storytelling, corporate profiling, and brand copywriting.
