Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s properties and services.
Create engaging online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and prospective customers.
Coordinate promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing activations.
Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Develop marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Ensure consistent brand visibility and awareness across all marketing channels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Smart, confident, and result-oriented personality.
Must reside in Lagos, preferably around Ajah or its environs.
