The entity is a diversified group with strategic interest s in multiple growth sectors namely; banking, insurance , leasing, healthcare and education.
It intends to invest in agribusiness and hospitality. In the short term , it seeks to scale up its constituent businesses with skilled leadership and investment.
A dynamic and experienced Managing Director who shall provide excellent leadership for the formulation and execution of growth strategies for the subsidiaries.
The role is critical to identifying and exploring investment opportunities to expand the portfolio of the Group. The successful person shall be responsible to the Group CEO.

Requirements

A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent
Possession of MBA as an added advantage
Professional certification( ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent
Proven active engagement in a similar organization
A minimum of 8 years in mid- and senior level management position
A strong analytical background and proven experience in strategy formulation and implementation
Exceptional written and communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement
35- 47 years
