To carry out maintenance routine checks, supervision, and monitoring of the production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation and ensure uninterrupted factory production
Responsibilities
Operate the production machinery according to standard operating procedure, ensuring efficient and accurate production processes.
Develop and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule to ensure machinery operates optimally and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues on the equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections to ensure accurate machine performance tracking, facilitate troubleshooting, and support informed decision-making for maintenance planning and operational efficiency.
Document and maintain accurate records of production activities (material consumption and wastage), machine performance, and issues encountered during operations to report these to the supervisors.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an OND in Engineering with 1-3 years experience.
