Role Overview
The role focuses on market development, brand positioning, dealer engagement and driving business growth across industrial segments. It requires extensive field travel, strong industry networking and hands-on execution of regional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute region-specific industrial marketing strategies
Build, manage and grow key accounts and dealer networks
Plan and execute product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions and trade fairs
Conduct competitive market analysis and identify new business opportunities
Support sales teams with product demonstrations, marketing tools and benchmark studies
Track ROI of marketing initiatives and prepare performance dashboards
Execute digital marketing initiatives and gather customer and market feedback
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align branding and business objectives
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing
Strong industry connections within Cement, Steel, Power and Mining sectors
Proven experience in product branding, channel development and lifecycle management
Excellent communication, planning and execution capabilities
Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
MBA or certification in Marketing/Business Development
